Jason had intentions on painting the roof tiles of his house along with the eaves, fascia boards and gutters. The job was not a straight forward repaint it involved , replacement of 250 broken tiles, laying of new lead flashing to all four gables, re pointing of ridge capping and applying a flexipoint to all capping.
Once these steps had been completed it was then ready to be pressure cleaned using our high pressure washers.Once the roof was cleaned down the next step was to clean the driveways, fences, foot paths and gutters as they had been over sprayed with all the dirt which had come of the roof.
The following day we returned to apply o high build sealer to the entire roof and allowing it to dry over night.
The final step in this roof restoration process was to apply two coats of Dulux Roof Membrane 968 in charcoal colour.
